Peter Ashton is well-known to the members of the NGOS. He has presented several talks on orchid species from different African countries he has seen on his travels. This month he will be presenting a talk on the endangered orchids of Zimbabwe – a talk which was very well-received at the World Orchid Conference in Johannesburg. As per usual the will be a discussion on members’ plants and coffee, tea and snacks after the meeting.
